If you like photography and travelling, then this is an interesting work at home opportunity for you. CoStar, a leading provider of commercial real estate information is seeking Field Research Photographers in Sacramento area.
You are resposible to locate new comercial properties with for lease and for sale signs, collecting data and photographing them in entire your assigned territory. These listings are then added to the CoStar online database.
This home based opportunity will require you to travel within assigned territory up to 2 weeks per month. You have to scan atleast 200 properties per day and add 25 new potential listings to database. Some of the important requirements of this job are;
- Experience in Digital Photography is desired.
- Ability to learn and apply mapping and GIS concepts.
- Ability to maintain company vehicle and equipments and a clean driving record.
- Salary range with bonus in mid 30s and additional competitive benefits package.
