JALB Travel, a Silicon Valley based travel agency is seeking Home-based Travel Customer Service Representative to provide customer service and participate in inside sales and marketing.
You will be assisting corporate travel reservations, providing quick, courteous and accurate customer service and retention of customers through inside sales and marketing.
You must have 1 to 3 years travel reservation or inside sales experience, working knowledge of the SABRE travel reservation system is required. Ability to handle high volume of emails and responding them within 3 - 4 minutes.
You will enjoy a flexible work schedule and required to work on weekends and evening shifts.
Salary is from $14.00 - $20.00 /hr.
