Work from Home Customer Service Representative : Asurion

Asurion, a technology protection services provider is seeking home based Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound phone calls from customers pertaining wireless handset insurance claims.

Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of computer with Windows environment and a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.

Must have quiet and noise free home office equipped with PC running on Windows 7/Windows XP/Vista having sound card, headset jack or external speakers. A high-speed ethernet broadband internet connection with consistent download speeds of 3.0mbps, a corded landline analog phone, a headset with noise-canceling amplifier and microphone.

Asurion@Home will hire you as an employee and will receive paid training. Payment is on an hourly basis. There is a compensation differential for English speaking, bilinguals, after hours and weekend shifts.
  • English : $9 per hour
  • Bilingual Spanish : +$1 per hour
  • After hour shifts (after 5pm CST) & weekends : +0.50 per hour
You must be flexible to work in different shifts including evenings and weekends. Schedule is subject to shift bid process.
