Asurion, a technology protection services provider is seeking home based Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound phone calls from customers pertaining wireless handset insurance claims.

Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of computer with Windows environment and a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.

Must have quiet and noise free home office equipped with PC running on Windows 7/Windows XP/Vista having sound card, headset jack or external speakers. A high-speed ethernet broadband internet connection with consistent download speeds of 3.0mbps, a corded landline analog phone, a headset with noise-canceling amplifier and microphone.

Asurion@Home will hire you as an employee and will receive paid training. Payment is on an hourly basis. There is a compensation differential for English speaking, bilinguals, after hours and weekend shifts.

• English : $9 per hour
• Bilingual Spanish : +$1 per hour
• After hour shifts (after 5pm CST) & weekends : +0.50 per hour

You must be flexible to work in different shifts including evenings and weekends. Schedule is subject to shift bid process.

Teleflora, a floral wire service company is looking for part time, on call, work from home Seasonal Consumer Sales Professional to take floral orders for Teleflora and helping customers to choose & order the perfect flower arrangement to make their special events more memorable.

Job Requirements/Skills/Abilities;

Work at Home Customer Service Representative : TeleTech@Home

TeleTech,  a global business process outsourcing company is hiring home based customer service representatives to provide friendly, helpful and professional customer service to handle the inbound calls from customers.

You must have fluent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong PC knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to solve the customer's problem in a friendly and professional manner.

You must have following at your home:

1. A home office with a consistent quiet environment to work during the 4-6 hour shifts each day without interruptions.
2. A high speed cable, DSL or fiber optic broadband internet connection with minimum data download speed of 512 Kbps,
3. A personal computer running on Microsoft Windows environment with at least 1 GHz processor speed and 512 MB of RAM. Mac/Apple is not supported at present.
4. A 17 inch monitor with minimum resolution of 1024 X 768.
5. An analog landline telephone to be used during work hours. Digital phone from Comcast or Cox are acceptable. You are advised to have a separate phone line for work related calls.

You will be working on a variable shift schedule of 4-6 hours each day and ability to work on weekends and holidays is desired. You must commit to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

You will be hired as an employee of TeleTech, competitive hourly wage and a paid training are offered to successful candidates. Training is mandatory and conducted online and over the phone.

You must live in certain states of the United states to work for TeleTech from home. Presently, TeleTech is hiring in 36 states of the United States.
