American Airlines is currently hiring full time Work from Home Reservation Representative to answer prospective customer's inbound calls and assisting them with satisfactory solutions to their travel needs.
You must be flexible enough to work in various shifts, work schedule will include weekends, holidays, overnights, evening shifts and overtime as required.
You must reside within 75 mile radius of the Southern Reservations Office in Fort Worth, TX. You will be required to receive training in the reservations office for around 10 weeks. You need to travel for periodic training or team meetings at the local reservation center.
Your home must have a dedicated quiet workstation equipped with a computer connected to high speed DSL, broadband cable or fiber optic internet connection.
Starting pay is $9.53 per hour.
Employment and training classes will start on November 12, 2012.
