At Home Customer Support Manager - DogFenceDiy

DogfenceDiy,  Dallas-based retailer of dog fence and related products  is searching for a full-time employee to provide customers solutions for product recommendations and troubleshooting. You will be working from home and requires substantial interaction with customers via telephone and emails.

You must be warm and personable with strong communication and problem solving skills along with computer proficiency.

Complete training will be provided; initial employment will involve a 1-2 month trial phase. Your annual salary is $25,000 – $30,000. You will be required to work minimum of 4 hours on each weekend day in exchange for time off during the weekdays. You should have high-speed internet access and must love dogs.
