Seasonal Home-based Reservation Agent - ReserveAmerica

ReserveAmerica, a well known recreation reservation company is looking for seasonal home based reservation agents for accepting incoming calls over the telephone and entering reservation requests using browser based reservation system.

No out-bound calls and sales are involved in this job.  You will receive online training and required support from supervisory team. You must have excellent communication skills to provide support by phone, email and instant messaging (IM).

You must have a reliable internet connection and fixed landline telephone. You must be able to work at least 30 hours per week with weekend availability.
