American Support a Chapel Hill, NC-based Company, is looking for Virtual Customer Service Representative to support its diverse clientele. They are into billing, tech and customer call center operations and management business.


In addition to professional customer care agent's qualities, some of the important job requirements are:

  • You must be resident of contiguous 48 lower US States. They are not hiring in AK and HI.
  • Must be flexible to work at least 8 hours between the hours of 7:00AM to 2:00AM, weekends may be included.
  • Background noise can result in immediate termination of your job.
  • You must possess Administrative Rights to your Computer and their system is not compatible with Macintosh.
  • They are also hiring English/Spanish bilingual agents.
