The Hudson's Bay Company, owns and operates retail stores like, The Bay, Zellers, Home Outfitters and Lord & Taylor, is currently recruiting Home Based Customer Service Representatives to handle incoming telephone inquiries in a professional, responsive and courteous manner. Accurate data entry, tracking and closing of files.
Must be able to work independently with excellent organizational skills. Must be proficient in computer and have strong web navigation skills.
Your computer must be connected to high speed broadband of minimum directly through Ethernet cable. You must have analog phone and company will provide you with a headphone.
You must be able to attend a 2 to 4 week long training class in Wilkes-Barre Township, PA.
