Home Instead Senior Care, a leader in the senior care industry, is seeking Home-based Weekend Service Coordinator to oversee weekend on-call operations, while the main office in Torrance is closed from Friday at 3pm until Monday at 10am, including holidays.
The applicant will answer incoming calls, communicate with caregivers and clients and will document all calls. You must have good listening ability with excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to learn proprietary software programs and knowledge of senior care industry. Must be able to work independently in a professional manner.
You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. State and federal background check will be performed.
You will be provided with a laptop and a cell phone.
