Work at Home Seasonal Customer Service Rep : Higher One

Higher One is hiring seasonal customer service professionals to take inbound telephone inquiries and email requests regarding company's account holders and resolving their accounts issues.

Qualifications includes, 1 to 3 years experience in customer service and/or data entry, exceptional oral and written communication skills and excellent professional phone manners while handling customer complaint calls.

You must have quiet work place in your home connected with broadband internet access, approved antivirus and a VPN client provided by Higher One. You must have a landline phone with an unlimited long distance plan.

This is a temporary, part-time and seasonal work at home assignment. Pay scale is between $9.50 and $11.50/hr to start and must be able to work at least 20 hours per week. Pre-employment background and credit check are required.

You must reside in one of the following the states, CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, GA, MI, IL, IN or VA. Paid training classes will start in Dec, 2012.
