VipDesk, a personalized customer solutions provider is hiring nationwide Work from Home Brand Ambassador/Customer Service Agents to handle incoming calls for ServiceMagic.
ServiceMagic is a home improvement contractor referral company. You will be taking incoming calls, assessing customers’ needs and schedule appointments and/or refer them to the ServiceMagic's home-improvement contractor in their area.
Here is what you'll do;
1. You will represent ServiceMagic and assist customers in courteous, responsible and professional manner.
2. You will be handling incoming phone call to provide information on additional new services, submitting requests.
3. You must able to attend meetings and trainings as required by the client.
4. You must able to Service Magic programs proficiently.
You should have 1+ years of customer service and prior sales experience, knowledge of basic home repair services, ability to type 35 wpm, ability to work on weekends and holidays.
You must have a quiet home office, an internet access of 1.5 Mbps or better, a corded analog telephone, fax machine, Gmail account, speakers, shredder machine and computer security softwares.
Average compensation ranging $8.50-12.00/hour, plus bonuses based on talk time.
