LocalUp Solutions', an online food ordering business is looking for home-based customer service representative to support their clients and customers.
As a LocalUp CSR you will be answering incoming call and emails, Menu updates, placing and cancelling orders, resolving customer issues, receiving and forwarding customer complaints. No cold calling is involved.
1. You will be working 10-20 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
2. You must be available to work in shifts..
3. You must be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM.
4. 1-3 years of previous customer service, data entry or technical experience required.
5. You must be able to meetings via Skype conference calls.
6. Starting compensation is $14 per hour and paid biweekly.
