Home Based Call Center Representative : ABC Financial

ABC Financial Services, Inc. is seeking work from home customer service representative to handle inbound calls directed from the queue and help staff and club members with queries regarding memberships, billing, and contracts.

You will be reviewing member's account and answering questions, data entry of call content, performing soft-collection outbound calls.

You must be able to type 30 words per minute, detail oriented, a high school diploma and 2 years of customer care experience.

This would be an excellent oppurtunity for my sister. She just moved into a new home with her fiance. She is getting stir crazy and wants to work again, so I told her to look at jobs in the call center services industry. She has some experience working at a call center when she was younger.
