Work at Home Customer Support Agent : Tell Me More

Tell Me More , a language e-learning solutions company is currently seeking for a part-time, home based customer support agent to handle phone queries of language learning students.

You will maintain records of your online activity, and forward unsolved problems to experts and must be able to work on your assigned shifts.

English must be your native language, must be familiar with instant messaging/chat platforms, excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot.

 You will be Initially assigned weekend shifts;
- Friday/Saturday night 10 pm to 2 am
- Saturday 6 to 9:50 am
- Saturday 7 to 22:05 pm
- Sunday 2 to 6:05 am

Initial payment starts at $7.65/hour. The bonus is given for your punctuality, timely attendance, accurate reporting and ability to receive continuous training.
