Sub-Zero & Wolf Appliances is currently looking home based customer service representative to join their customer care team.
You will be providing phone based customer care to product owners, service companies, installers and product distributors. You will be facing a wide variety of queries about the entire product line.
You must have a strong communication and negotiating skills, customer-friendly approach, ability to resolve unique problems in a creative manner, strong interest in learning product specifications and information.
Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience with a high school diploma is required. A quiet home office and an internet connection.
You must live within 50 miles radius of corporate office in Fitchburg, WI.
You must be able to attend on-site of 6-8 weeks, hours are 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday.
