Work At Home Customer Retention Agent : Alorcia

Alorcia, a Contact Management Solutions provider is currently hiring Remote Customer Retention Agent.

You will be handling inbound residential retention/customer service calls, probe cancellation reasons, provide accurate information, overcoming objections and closing sales in a consistent and professional manner to retain the customer. Additionally, you will be doing data entry, documentation, preparing daily progress reporting and weekly sales metrics.

You must have excellent communication skills, articulate verbal expression and clear speaking voice, high level of confidence and tactful problem solving and ability to apply soft skills to maximize customer retention.

High School degree, minimum 6 month of call center experience, home office and internet connection is required.
