Work at Home Customer Care Representative : Convergys

Convergys Corporation, a customer service management solutions provider is hiring self starter, tech savvy, and independent work at home customer care representatives in 48 states.

You will be greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, processing orders, selling products and services, providing technical and general information about products, handling and troubleshooting customer concerns on product usage, maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent education certification, minimum 6 month of call center experience, proficient computer and internet navigational skills, good listening and fluent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work on a flexible schedule.

You must have a quiet home office with a computer less than six years of manufactured age, 3.0 GHZ Pentium 4 or equivalent processor, 2GB RAM, a high speed DSL or cable internet connection, a USB headset with a built-in digital signal processor, a telephone with a mute button and a power bar/surge protector.

The starting pay rate of $9.00 per hour.
